Every Ratnavaali jewellery piece is eligible for Lifetime Exchange and 100% Buyback, subject to our Buyback Terms & Conditions. Jewellery must be genuine Ratnavaali jewellery and must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with.

🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery under these conditions:

• Must not be physically damaged or broken.
• Used jewellery is eligible if it remains in good condition and has not been intentionally damaged.
• Signs of misuse, alterations, or physical damage may void a full refund.

💰 Refunds & Processing

Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Method: Processed directly to the original payment method.

Note: Ratnavaali reserves the right to determine the final refund amount after inspection.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To process your request, you must provide:

1. Your order number
2. Clear photographs of the product and packaging
3. A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Exchange eligible pieces within 7 days of delivery for equal or higher value. Price differences must be paid at the time of exchange.
