What jewellery does Ratnavaali make?
Ratnavaali makes handcrafted fine jewellery in 14K solid gold, mainly bracelets and necklaces, set with natural emeralds, rubies, blue sapphires, aquamarines and cultured pearls. Every piece is available in yellow, white or rose gold.
Is Ratnavaali jewellery real solid gold?
Yes. Every piece is made in 14K solid gold (585 fineness), hallmarked and assayed under India's BIS purity standard, which is equivalent to US karat fineness marking. We never use gold plating or gold-filled metal.
Are the gemstones natural?
Yes. We use natural emeralds, rubies, sapphires and aquamarines, and cultured pearls. The exact stones and carat weights are listed in each product's details.
Is Ratnavaali certified?
Ratnavaali is GJEPC certified. The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council is supported by the Government of India and promotes recognised standards of authenticity, craftsmanship and responsible sourcing.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping is free and fully insured, with signature on delivery. Orders are processed in 2 to 3 business days in India and 3 to 6 business days internationally. Delivery usually takes 6 to 8 business days in India and 7 to 13 business days internationally. See our Shipping Policy.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on Delivery is available for orders within India only. International orders are prepaid.
What is your return and buyback policy?

What bracelet size should I choose?
Our bracelets come in lengths from 5 to 8 inches. Measure your wrist snugly and add about half an inch to one inch for a comfortable fit. Most women wear 7 to 7.5 inches. Our bracelet sizing guide explains how to measure.

Can a design be customised?
Many designs can be customised on request, such as length or gold colour. Contact us with the piece you like and we will confirm what is possible.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Store each piece separately in its pouch, put it on after perfume and lotion, and keep it away from chlorine and harsh chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Pearls are softer than other gems, so take extra care with them.
