Product Condition: The jewellery must not be physically broken, crushed, resized, or tampered with by an outside jeweller. Normal, gentle lifetime wear is completely acceptable, but severely structurally damaged pieces may be subject to a valuation review.
Accompanying Items: The piece must be returned along with its official Certificate of Authenticity and the original purchase invoice.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries (Initial Receipt)

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete from the courier, you must notify our team within 24 hours of delivery.

Required Proof: To process an immediate transit claim, you must provide your order number, clear photos of the packaging, and a continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the exact moment the sealed courier package is opened.
Claims made for initial transit damage after 24 hours or without a valid, uninterrupted unboxing video cannot be approved.

🚚 Return Shipping Logistics

International (Global): For returns or buybacks dispatched from outside India (USA, EU, Middle East, etc.), the customer is responsible for secure international return shipping, private transit insurance, and any incoming customs duties or import taxes levied by Indian customs authorities.
