Q1 What materials are used to make Ratnavaali's Bracelets ?
Every bracelet in this collection is crafted in 14K gold, available in yellow, white, and rose gold. Each piece is hand-forged rather than machine-stamped, and set with natural gemstones such as pearls, aquamarine, malachite, ruby, and emerald.
Q2 What bracelet lengths are available?
Depending on the design, lengths typically range from 5 inches up to 7 inches, giving you the option to choose a shorter, close-fitting bracelet or a longer, stack look.
Q3 Can I return or exchange my bracelet if I change my mind?
Yes. Ratnavaali accepts returns and exchanges on eligible jewelry - even used pieces, as long as they're in good condition and haven't been intentionally damaged or altered. Under the Lifetime Exchange Policy, you can exchange it at any time for another piece of equal or higher value (paying only the difference).
Q4 What if my bracelet arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?
Contact Ratnavaali within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval, so recording one is important.
Q5 Are Ratnavaali bracelet good for everyday wear, or only special occasions?
Both. Lighter pearl and gemstone designs work well as everyday pieces, while more elaborate multi-stone necklaces suit weddings, festivals, and special occasions. As a general rule, it's best to remove any fine jewelry before swimming, workouts, or using household chemicals, regardless of how often you wear it.
